1.1 Cancellation Policy:
– Before Project Commencement: If you cancel before the project has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund of any payments made.
– After Project Commencement: If you cancel after the project has started but before completion, you will be charged for the work completed up to the cancellation date. The remaining balance will be refunded.
1.2 Refund Policy:
– Within 30 Days of Project Start: If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of project commencement, you can request a refund. We will review the work completed and issue a partial refund based on the remaining balance of the project.
– After 30 Days: No refunds will be issued after the first 30 days of project commencement.
1.3 Ownership:
– All websites and domains remain the property of Website MD LLC until the final (12th) monthly payment is made. Upon cancellation, all rights to the work completed remain with Website MD LLC unless a specific agreement is made.
2. Other Services (Hosting, Maintenance, SEO, etc.)
2.1 Cancellation Policy:
– Monthly Services: You may cancel monthly services at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.
– Six-Month Contracts: If you cancel a six-month contract before the end of the term, you will be charged for the services provided up to the cancellation date. Any remaining balance will not be refunded.
2.2 Refund Policy:
– Prepaid Services: If you have prepaid for services and cancel before the service period ends, you may be eligible for a prorated refund based on the unused portion of the service.
– Non-Refundable Services: Certain services, such as domain registration and third-party software fees, are non-refundable.
