Website Maintenance Program
Terms and Conditions
SERVICES PROVIDED:
- Update website theme and plugins as needed.
- Perform basic updates, including content and pictures provided by the Client.
- Provide one hour of basic updates per month, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Conduct a backup of the website at the time of maintenance.
EXCLUSIONS: The following services are not included in this Agreement:
- Redesign of the website.
- Addition of new pages to the website.
- Form creation.
- PDF creation.
- Resolution of email issues.
- Correction of website files corrupted due to factors beyond the Service Provider’s control.
- The service does not extend to the restoration of websites not hosted with Website MD.
ADDITIONAL WORK:
If the Client requests additional work beyond the included one hour of basic updates, the Service Provider will notify the Client and bill at a rate of $35 per hour for the additional work. Redesign services will be billed at a rate of $120 per hour. The Client’s approval will be obtained before proceeding with any additional work.
TERM AND TERMINATION:
This Agreement will continue a month-to-month basis unless terminated by either party with written notice of 30 days.
PAYMENT:
The Client agrees to pay Website MD a monthly fee for the services outlined in your monthly invoice. Additional extra work will be invoiced separately.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Client will provide all necessary access credentials and materials for the website. The Client is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the content and pictures provided for updates.
